How long do your candles burn?

Our candles Jars have an approximate burn time of 35-40 hrs and Candle Tins have an approximate 25-30 hrs However, burn times may vary depending on factors such as candle size and environmental conditions.

Are your candles made with natural ingredients?

Yes, our candles are crafted using natural ingredients. We use high-quality natural Soy wax, lead free cotton wicks, and premium fragrance oils to ensure a clean and eco-friendly burn.

What type of wax do you use in your candles?

We use 100% Soy wax in our candles. Soy wax is a natural and renewable resource that burns cleaner and longer than traditional paraffin wax.

How do I properly care for my candles?

To ensure a safe and optimal burn, keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before each use, place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, and never leave it unattended while lit. For detailed candle care instructions, please refer to our Candle Care section on our website.

Can I customize the fragrance of my candle?

Currently, we do not offer custom fragrance options. However, we regularly update our scent collection to offer a diverse range of captivating fragrances.

Are your candles safe to burn around pets and children?

Our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients and lead-free cotton wicks, making them safe for normal use. However, we recommend keeping burning candles out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidents.

Are your candles suitable for sensitive individuals or people with allergies?

Yes, our candles are made with high-quality, non-toxic ingredients, making them suitable for most individuals, including those with sensitivities or allergies. However, we recommend testing a small area if you have specific sensitivities.

Why is my candle wax turning yellow or discolouring?

Candle wax may turn yellow or discolour due to exposure to sunlight, temperature changes, or the natural aging process of certain fragrance oils. This does not affect the candle's performance or safety; it's merely a cosmetic change.

Why is my candle rough at the top after burning?

Don’t worry, the bumpy surface is a natural characteristic of 100% soy wax. During cooling, soy wax can dry at an inconsistent rate, resulting in this texture. It’s completely normal and doesn’t impact the candle’s performance. Rest assured that your candle is made from pure soy wax!

How do we prioritize Eco-friendliness?

We craft our candles with renewable soy wax and complement them with lead-free cotton wicks, sourced from post-consumer waste. Our Jars, Tins, stickers, and cards aren't just beautiful; they're 100% recyclable, with the latter made from post-consumer paper. Even the adhesive we use for our labels is recycle-friendly.
When we send out sample mailers, we ensure they're kind to Earth. They feature a liner made from 100% reclaimed polyethylene, sourced from post-consumer content and, importantly, they're biodegradable.
We haven't forgotten our packaging either. Our boxes are made from recycled material and can be recycled again. And those packing peanuts inside? Also crafted from recycled content.
As committed as we are, we know there's always room to do better. If you have eco-friendly suggestions, we're keen to hear them! 😊

How can I maximize the burn time of my candles?

To maximize the burn time, ensure the first burn creates a full wax pool across the entire surface of the candle. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and avoid drafts that can cause uneven burning. Also, never leave a burning candle unattended for safety reasons.

About SHIPPING/RETURNS

What is the estimated shipping time for candle orders?

We strive to process and ship orders within 5-7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Returns and Exchanges:
• Used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded due to the nature of our products. We also do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases or custom candles.
• However, if your product arrives damaged during transit, we are happy to replace or refund it. Please contact us at care@nerah.co.in with photographic proof of damage and receipt within 48 hrs of receiving the order.
• we cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on sale items, or purchased using credit note, as well as gift cards.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of your order time. However, cancellation is not guaranteed if the package has already left our facility.

My order still hasn’t arrived! What should I do?

We apologize for any delay in your order's delivery. shipping durations may change during peak times or sales, leading to longer processing times and slow tracking updates. However, rest assured that your order is on its way. Please check the tracking link provided in your email frequently. If there are no updates or if you have further concerns, contact us at care@nerah.co.in, and we'll promptly address the issue. Thank you for your patience during this time.

I can't seem to find my order/tracking confirmation emails?

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received these emails, kindly check your spam folder to ensure they haven't been filtered there. If you still can't locate them, feel free to email us at care@nerah.co.in, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Do you offer International shipping?

We are currently shipping only PAN India.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can change your shipping address by editing your order right after you place it. If you are unable to edit the order yourself, you can request for a change by writing to us on care@nerah.co.in
